RICK LEE MILLER - OWNER / FOUNDER

Rick is a hospitality specialist possessing expertise in Restaurant365’s operations and accounting program with notable experience in financial analysis, inventory and recipe management, budgets, and forecasting. Having 20 years restaurant experience, opening several restaurant locations and managing multi-unit operations, Rick has developed an operations-focused accounting service. Because he knows the realities of running the day to day, his team focuses on delivering financial insights at a level operators can utilize toward restaurant profitability. Most notably, Rick developed a financial analysis service for 12 restaurant groups with combined annual revenues of $200+ million.

Rick loves building relationships, solving complex problems, and learning. He enjoys time with his family and playing hockey. His favorite restaurant is Tom Colicchio’s Craft in NYC.


KAI DOVEY - CONTROLLER / MANAGING PARTNER

With 10 years of accounting experience, 7 specific to the restaurant industry, Kai led the implementation and sales department at Synergy Management, a 3rd party accounting provider to Restaurant365 since 2019. She oversaw over 75 implementations at any given time, developed a sales pipeline contributing $250,000 in annual sales, all while working on accounting clean up projects and day to day bookkeeping.

Kai enjoys cultivating teams, managing projects, and developing new processes. She enjoys reading thrillers, camping with her family, and time with her two wiener dogs. Her favorite restaurant is Outback Steakhouse.  


MAX PRIFOGLE - DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS

Max has 4 years of experience in working at R365 leading the Customer Success Manager’s team of 12, with $26 million of total annual revenue, and over 700 mid-market restaurant groups. He is highly accomplished in multi-unit restaurant operations directing store openings, high volume, fast casual, full service, fine dining, marketing, management teams, training, and development. His favorite restaurant is Matt’s El Rancho in Austin, TX.


Chris Glynn - Operations Consultant

Chris offers 18 years of restaurant experience across the roles of General Manager, Sales Manager, and Business Development Manager. He excels at building relationships with clients and offers consulting from a deep well of personal experience. His favorite restaurant to visit with his wife is Bamboo Sushi in Denver, CO.


Michael Nevarez - Accounting manager

Michael is a hospitality professional with 17 years of experience. First as a chef and then transitioning to the finance and accounting side.  His strengths are being able to communicate the numbers of a restaurant to owners, managers, and chefs in an effective manner, managing payroll, and creating forecasts and budgets for restaurants. His favorite restaurant is Bar Dough in Denver, CO.


CARMELI TJAHJONO – OPERATIONS ANALYST

Carmeli is a data visualization specialist with over 10 years of experience in restaurant management. At RLMH she can be found hard at work in building high performance dashboards and working with clients. Her favorite restaurant is New York Pizzeria in Chino, CA.


PAT VERSPRILLE – ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Pat has over 12 years of experience in accounting, including 4 as a controller in the hospitality industry. His strengths are building efficient financial workflows, in addition to proficiencies in budgeting, forecasting, managing cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and payroll. His favorite restaurant is Holy City Brewing in North Charleston, SC.


Alison Brooks - Accounting Manager

Alison has over 6 years of accounting experience in the restaurant industry. She has also worked as a Customer Success Manager at Resturant365 in the mid-market segment. Alison excels at process optimization, financial report analysis, account reconciliation, and building relationships. Her favorite restaurant is Yotsuba in Ann Arbor, MI.
